Ιnstructions for retail sales

You can place your order as a visitor by entering your details when placing the order or registering (here) so that you do not have to re-enter it in a following order.

We want you to know that every product is made exclusively for you after ordering. There are no finished products on the shelf. So please be careful to avoid mistakes.

The ordered color is the one under the field COLOR (maybe will not be same as the color of the product in the picture). That means you can order any of the available colors even if there is not a picture of it.

The time we need to prepare your order is 1-3 business days, depending on the availability of raw materials and production load. Courier takes 1-3 business days to deliver it to you (within Greece), so you will receive your order within 2-6 business days after confirmation.

In case of any further delay we will inform you immediately by e-mail or telephone.
